Coaching Procedures

  1. The number of coaching session and the length of coaching will be agreed in accordingly with the coaching package that client ordered and Ozlinks will confirm by email or written correspondence. Where no specific number of session is agreed, sessions will be provided on a session by session basis. A full payment is required due before or at the first session unless otherwise agreed and specified with the client.
  2. The career coaching schedule will be arranged between the client and Ozlinks and it can be booked up to 2 month in advance.
  3. The length of each session is usually 1 hour but will vary based on the service package offered by Ozlinks to the client.
  4. Coaching will take place between the client and their coach by telephone, Zoom, Skype, Google hangout or client calls coach, or by face-to-face at the venue by mutual agreement.
  5. Ozlinks may assign the client exercises or tasks to complete between coaching sessions. If the client not completing these tasks may slow the client’s progress in gaining improved quality of personal outcomes. Where possible, clients are requested to submit any information requested by Ozlinks relating to assignments at least 48 hours before the coaching session when they are to be discussed. Ozlinks will provide feedback on completed assignments during coaching sessions.
  6. The client may contact Ozlinks by phone or email between sessions for the support or seek clarification on a coaching issue. Support between sessions is seen by Ozlinks as a necessary part of the coaching process.
