The Medium and Long-Term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL) is prescribed in the Legislation Instrument citing as LIN 19/051, the Legislation in forced on 16 November 2019.  The MLTSSL contains 212 ANZSCO Occupations determined by the Department of Home Affairs (DHA).

The occupation allocation is based on labour market advice provided by the Department of Jobs and Small Business. The skilled occupations lists ensures that the entry of skilled foreign workers to Australia carefully calibrated to Australia’s needs.

The ANZSCO occupations appearing on the MLTSSL is relevant to the following visa types:
