Overview
Our 30-day return, and refund policy is in effect. We are unable to provide you with a full refund or exchange after 30 days have passed since your purchase. Your item must be brand new and in the same condition as when you received it in order to be eligible for a return. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging. There are some products that cannot be returned. You cannot return perishable items, including business plan writing, GTE statements service, resume writing and cover letter services.
Return Conditions
- The item must be in the same, unused condition that you received it, in its original packing.
- All shipping charges for returning goods are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods were faulty.
- Returns are not allowed on discontinued items unless they are defective.
- Only items that are returned for a refund within 30 days of the invoice are accepted.
- Return items must be within seven days of the day your return request was approved.

Refunds
Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be refunded to your credit card or original method of payment within five working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is displayed in your bank account.
