Assessing Authority

Skills assessments for migration are carried out by authorities authorised by the Australian government to verify whether the skills of prospective migrants align with the industry standards required for employment in their respective ANZSCO occupations.

There are 42 approved assessing authorities responsible for conducting skill assessments to support applications for skilled migration.
