1.3 “Education Agent” means we act as an intermediary between students and educational institutions and registered training organizations, providing guidance on course enrolment and application for the Recognition of Prior Learning program.

1.4 “You” and “your” refer to an individual or organization that has visited or is using the website and the services associated with it.

1.5 “Services” refers to the assistance we provide to support you with course enrolment, internship programs, skills assessments, and recognition of previous learning applications. This includes consulting and gathering the necessary information and documentation so you can complete your application and achieve favorable outcomes.

1.6 “Application” refers to an application that we prepare on your behalf as part of our services. This includes the documentation and information you provide for the application submitted to the skills assessment authority, registered training organization (RTO), or Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) provider.

1.7 “Registered Training Organization” (RTO) refers to an education provider that holds a registration approved by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) or state and territory governments in Victoria and Western Australia to deliver training and issue qualifications in Australia.

1.8 “Education Services for Overseas Students” (ESOS) refers to an education institution that is registered to provide courses to international students under the student subclass 500 visa.

1.9 “Recognition of Prior Learning” (RPL) refers to programs provided by registered training organizations (RTOs) that are authorized to deliver, assess, and issue specific qualifications.

1.10 “Qualifications” refers to certifications that are nationally recognized and issued by registered training organizations (RTOs) within the vocational education and training (VET) sector, as well as by self-accredited universities and other authorized higher education providers in the higher education sector.

1.11 “Applicant” refers to an individual seeking to undertake a skills assessment.

1.12 “Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) assessment” refers to the process that evaluates your existing skills, knowledge, and experience in relation to the requirements of a course. This assessment determines whether you are eligible to receive credit for part or all of a qualification.

1.13 “Personal Information” refers to any data that can identify an individual. This includes, but is not limited to, names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses.

1.14 “Skills Assessment Assessing Authority” refers to a professional or industry body that is authorised by the Department of Home Affairs to conduct skills assessments for occupations on Australia’s skilled occupation lists.

2. General

2.1 By browsing the Ozlinks.au website and completing the contact forms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must stop using the Ozlinks.au website and any of its services immediately.

3. Services Cost

3.1 All service costs are subject to change without notice. We accept all orders for services based on the understanding that they will be invoiced at the prices applicable on the order date. Unless otherwise stated, all services cost includes GST.

4. About the Services

4.1 By placing an order for Services, you are making an offer to us to purchase the selected Services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. We will send you an email confirmation upon processing your order. We reserve the right to refuse Services or cancel orders at our sole discretion. Acceptance of your order will be confirmed.

4.2 If we are unable to process or accept your order after payment has been processed, we will contact you via email or telephone to arrange a full refund.

4.3 You may terminate our services in writing at any time. Please note that if you decide to terminate our services, you will not be eligible for a refund of any professional fees paid prior to the termination date.

4.4 If you decide to terminate our services for the skills assessment applications that have already been submitted and are currently awaiting a decision, please note that you will not be entitled to a refund of any professional fees paid prior to the termination date, as we have already completed the necessary work.

4.5 You must be over 18 years of age to use this website and to purchase any services.

5. Protecting Your Privacy

We take all reasonable steps to safeguard personal information under our possession or control from loss, unauthorised access, use, modification, or disclosure. We will ensure our staff dealing with personal information are compliant with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (as amended by the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000). 9. Refund Policy

9.1 We process refunds in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If you would like to cancel your service order, please inform us via email info@ozlinks.au within 24 hours of purchase and provide a valid reason for your refund request.  

9.2 All consultation services that are paid for are non-refundable once completed.

9.3 If you provide all the necessary evidence as specified in the Services for the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) assessment application, and the Registered Training Organisation is unable to complete the assessment, you will be eligible for a full refund.

9.4 Refunds will be processed within 21 calendar days from the date we receive your written request for a refund and approve it.

9.4 Refunds will be processed promptly, with payment issued using the same method as the original transaction. All refunds are subject to the discretion of Ozlinks Education and Career Services.
