Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
The Recognition of Prior Learning Skills Assessment Pathway is designed for individuals who lack formal IT degrees but possess a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in the nominated occupation.
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience is required. Your most recent work experience must be current or have occurred within the last two years prior to submitting your assessment application, and
- Relevant IT work experience must consist of professional IT employment for a minimum of 20 hours per week, and
- Two IT project reports are required, formatted according to ACS Recognition of Prior Learning, to substantiate your IT knowledge acquisition, and
- One project report must detail a project completed within the last two years, while the other should document a project from within the last four years.
