The following occupation list is prescribed in the Legislation Instrument identified as LIN 19/049 by the Department of Home Affairs on 14 April 2021 for Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) subclass 186 visa. The Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills (MLTSS) list includes 216 occupations and is intended for those interested in applying for Employer Nomination Scheme Subclass 186 Direct Entry, Temporary Residence Transition, or the Labour Agreement Streams.
Please note that some occupations are subject to caveats when a nomination application is made.
Level 1: Bachelor/Higher, Level 2: Diploma/Higher, Level 3: Cert III*/IV, Level 4: Cert II*/III
